We have the following expectations of all our pupils

- We will always show respect
- We will always be fair
- We will always allow people to make appropriate choices
- We will always consider the feelings of others
We run a number of schemes throughout the academy which help to support encourage our pupils throughout their life at Admirals.
Each class elects one boy and one girl to represent their class on the academy council. The council meets regularly and is developing their ability to be involved in the decisions made in the academy.
Helping Hands are volunteers from throughout the academy. They carry out a variety of tasks to assist in making lunchtimes enjoyable for everyone.
There are always a group of Helping Hands who act as playground buddies to children who are feeling lonely or isolated.
All classes offer children the chance to accept leadership roles in a variety of situations.
All Year 2 children are allocated a Year 5 child to be their buddy. Buddies will meet and get to know each other prior to September, which assists in ensuring a successful transition for the Year 2 children into Admirals Academy.
